Window opening - interior drywall intersection

What is the right solution for making such intersection with the drywall, going into the window opening, closing on the windowframe?

Operating system used: Windows 11

If you extend the interior wall past the Reference line of your exterior wall.

You should be able to use the Split Tool, and trim it to the backside of your window frame
