I (and I guess I'm not alone) need a simple level dimension marker shaped like a cross with the text to the right and not like existing marker where the text is 45 degrees up to the right. It should be the easiset hack ever from the programmers!?
More important and I guess harder is a pointer functionality just like a label

You can draw it like you want it to look, place a Text containing the desired Autotext, and save it as a custom Label.

It's a marker for the level dimension tool I'm after, not a label. However it should graphically be constructed in plan as a label.

Yes, I get it, but since it is not possible to set a custom Level Dimension marker, I was trying to offer a way to achieve what you want with what we have right now.
