The file is probably an ArchiCAD scratch file with the *.SCR extension. This happens to be the extension of many other files (check out at
http://www.stands4.com/). One of them is 'AutoCAD Script', which also has the SCR extension.
The latest installed software may take away the extension from other programs and tell the system it is its extension.
