cant show in 3d view even i drew slab in floor plan

Hi,
I encountered a problem which is when I drew slab in the floor plan, It cant show in 3d view. However, on the 1st floor, it occurs but doesn't work on the 2/3 floor. I can copy it up to 2/3 floor in 3d view and it shows, but once I change it the element information to 2/3 floor it disappears. Please help it bother me for so many days and I can't fix it. I am thinking maybe it is related to my setting?!

Could be one thing. Make sure you are showing all levels in 3D window:
View > Elements in 3D View > Filter and Cut Elements in 3D
Make sure "Stories to Show in 3D" is set to Infinite.
