converting from Revit to AC 13 won't work

Hi.. I desperately need to insert a curtain wall made in Revit 2011 , in Archicad 13. So i export from revit to Ifc 2x3 and open it in archicad but it won't show me the walls with complex shapes made in revit Is there a way to insert these walls with more complex shapes somehow? I can see that it only shows me the vertical walls , horizontal slabs, and things that archicad understands So can i insert everything made in revit , in archicad? even as .gdl object format.

this is what i made in revit

and this is what archicad shows me

Thanks.

You should try to see what info makes it to the IFC file.
Download a free IFC Viewer (Solibri Model Viewer or BIMSight are both good ones and free).
Solibri Model Viewer (you will have to register):
http://www.solibri.com/documents/solibri-model-viewer/solibri-model-viewer/download.html
BIMSight:

Open the IFC saved from Revit and see if everything is there.
Then we can see whether that geometry is lost when exporting from Revit or when importing into ArchiCAD.

thank you it seems that the problem appears when i export from revit, because solibri model viewer can't see the complex shapes either.

Yes, that is what I suspected.
As far as I know Revit's IFC export/import is not as good as that of ArchiCAD. This is why ArchiCAD 14 came with Add-Ins for Revit Structure and MEP. They optimize the IFC data after export from/import into Revit so more geometry data can be properly exchanged between Revit and ArchiCAD.
