Unless there is some point in re-inventing your own system, the idea would be to select a manufacture and model the components. That is make .gsm objects out of them.

I was wondering about sth like a shell that could be transformed into a polyhedron..
I want to experiment with a lot of forms and I am looking for sth quicker..
Moreover think about designing the exterior surface + the interior truss + spider system of a complicated form and after the end of the process arising out a change!! Infinity waste of time!!!
I believe that Archicad team should foresee a prevalent construction like that being constructed easier..
