The wall is 4: thick the door does not cut through the wall and it should set within the wall. I had to thidken hte wall wo wee the door frame not good if wall still shows

i.e. the door is in one wall but a second wall is showing through?

Just to be sure the doors are in the wall we see (and it isn't a renovation status thing as mentioned by Lingwisyer) - vs attached to a foundation wall, but at this elevation ... while you're in 3D, just drag that wall away somewhere (and undo afterwards). Do the doors move with the wall?

Yes, I was wondering that also.
The doors could be linked to a wall in another storey.
As Karl suggests, move the wall and see if the doors follow.
