hi everybody... today i encountered a serious problem: i was working on a file yesterday when AC crashed. I reopened it and continued working, saved etc, everything ok. Today on opening the file AC gives me the warning: Error while loading plan file! The options are to stop loading, or ignore error and continue. After selecting the second an Untitled file opens.
From what i have been reading there is no solution on this... i cannot forward merge, and even the bpn file gives me the same error message.
any ideas?

so, Djordje, any news???

my technical support told me that this is a fatal error, they suggested that i should have renamed the file when i reopened it after AC crashed. Is this a valid tip?
