Draw your walls and then with the roof tool create a roof that will be used to trim the wall to the desired shapes.
If you use the trim-to-roof techinique you can delete the roofs.
If you use the solid elements operation technique put your roofs on a layer that can be turned off (SEO layer).

The roof tool has a geometry method for making curved roofs (segments along a curve really). It is s little tricky at first but pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
