line thickness setting

Hello
I want to set line with various thin or thickness, how can it be done?

This is a basic question so you should check the manual, help and example files.
The answer is that Line Weight is controlled by the Pen Settings (which you should configure to your liking) and you choose them in the pen icon which has "62" in your screenshot.
