no line on material change/wall change

i'm having an issue where sometimes a line isn't drawn on a change of materials in elevation view. it also sometimes happens on items that don't actually meet.. ie. the brickwork over the garage door is joining to the door despite being 230mm in front.

how do i resolve this?

Hi Mitch,
As we have communicated to you, the file was not faulty, white lines hid the correct black contours. We are waiting for another file from you, in case any problem persists. Thanks, kata
