"Save Anyway"? When creating a PLA file

not sure why this even exists but.....why does it never just save in a PLA "all" the components?
Why are we prompted with this...this...."THIS"?

They open without issue. The ArchiSuite library loads in even though it is only suppose to load the Embedded and Archived Libraries, but I think that might be happening as part of the plugin.
