At the risk of being glib (and in the absence of a clear idea of exactly what you are attempting) I would say, "Do the math."

I'd create a polyline and do multiple offsets to estabish new contour guides, but graphics or math - both methods are manual and tedious.
Why not abandon the contour abstraction totally?
Create the essential slope ridges and multply them around your circular area. Then connect the dots with appropriate mesh nodes.
