Grasshopper connection greyed out - Rhino 5 - educational license

Hi all, I saw a thread to a similar issue, but the answers/replies didn't resolve my issue, so I'm hoping you could still help me with this!

I have the educational license for Archicad and I have successfully installed the Grasshopper-Archicad live connection. I also have the 64-bit Rhino 5 and Grasshopper previously installed on my computer. Following the user guide, I am trying to access to the File--Interoperability--Grasshopper connection button, but it is greyed out. I have tried to restart the computer but it hasn't worked either.
