Hello Everyone,
I have recently migrated my Archicad 28 template to Archicad 29 using the Central Innovation Migration Launchpad.
The migration process appeared to complete successfully with no reported errors; however, I have noticed that the door tags and door labels are no longer functioning correctly within the migrated template. The tags either do not display the expected information or are not reading the door data properly.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue when migrating from Archicad 28 to 29? If so, could you please advise what may be causing this and the best way to resolve it?
I am also interested in hearing about any other issues or items that users should be aware of when migrating templates to the new Archicad 29 library packages. With the transition from the previous Australian library setup to the new global library packages system, I want to make sure I haven't overlooked anything that could create problems later on.
Some specific questions I have are:
Any advice, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I have tried unlinking my external libraries and also checked all the MVO settings and compared to the default template.
Would you be able to review the template and see what maybe causing it?

Is there a reason you are loading multiple libpack languages?

If you can attach your template file here, or share it on-line, I can have a look at it.
But it will have to be after I have finished work (which I have only just started my day, so it will be a little while).

I tried to it with just International (Australia based) but also tried loading all of them to see if that would fix the issue.

That would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Is there an email address I can send the files and information to? There is quite a bit of company specific information within the template, so I would prefer to send it directly rather than post it publicly.

I think you can PM files on here. If you navigate to Barry's profile, there is the option at the top right.

OK I am a little bit baffled at the moment.
I downloaded you template and had a quick look during my lunch break.
Indeed no Tags & Labelling page in the doors.
I loaded the default Graphisoft template and it was there.
I notice your 29 template was using the 28 library packs.
So I deleted those and loaded the 29 library packs.
Still no Tags & Labelling page.
I noticed your template does not have a localisation preference set, so I did that.
No change.
I loaded all library packs and found some of the DACH doors had T & L page.
Back to the standard hinged door and nothing.
Played around with DACH doors again and it was there.
Back to standard hinged door and it was there now.
Then, as I type this I went back to check again and it is gone.
I am sure I was not seeing things.
An absolute mystery to me for now.
I will have a deeper look tonight.
Barry.

Hey Barry,
Yes, I have tried everything I can think of so far, including setting the localisation preference to Australia as a test, but unfortunately it didn't make any difference.
I really appreciate you taking the time to look into this for me. It's got me a bit stumped, so I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts and seeing if you can identify anything that I may have missed.
Thanks again for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

@Shir_2025, I went and loaded my own library mapping table and the Tags & Labelling UI is there. My guess is that you guys have modified one of the values that toggles that part of the UI. This would explain why Barry loading the DACH library worked as they have seperate listings within the mapping table. Unsure which value it might be, as the two that I managed to find regarding store doors and bomb shelters do not appear to be different from default.
