Building Material Schedule

I want to create a schedule with Building Materials. I tried setting up a simple scheme with Building Material as the criteria but there are materials not showing up and the list is randomly incomplete. Any reason some materials are not included? Or is there another way to accomplish this?

Could you share your scheme setup?

Check out you have the correct rehabilitation filters setup both in schedule AND the view map, as you can set the schedule in the project map one way and adjust it in the view map. This particular setting of rehabilitation messes up everything if not correctly selected.

Finally, be careful on your select criteria on what elements you want to be scheduled

  I am still in v18 but, what is rehabilitation?

Here are some screenshots of the library report showing the missing attributes and duplicates that I am trying to correct/eliminate. If there are other ways to find and fix these I will welcome any suggestions.
