Hello!
I have an ordinary door schedule, that ought to be completed with extra information about who is responsible for different posts in the door, e.g. for a lock.
Yellow is the ordinary schedule and red numbers the extra information. Different consultants can be responsible for:
- Projected by
- Delivered by
- Mounted by
- Connected by
- Tested by
I´ve never seen any schedule like this. Is it possible to make one?
Best Regards,
Fredrik

Hi Fredrik,
Yes, it is possible.
1. Define new properties. Go to Options - Property Manager. Create a new group and a new property within.
2. Add properties as you described (projected by, delivered by etc). Make sure they are available to all classifications you need them to be available on.
As a side note, you can check in classification manager if those classifications only show on certain objects/ elements.
3. Set the Type to Options set (if you have a fixed number of people, say A, B, C) and you want to be able to recall them
Or set it to string if you want to manually input a name.
4. Select a door and go in its options. You can access and edit the assigned information there
or you can recall those field in a schedule, and edit them there. Example from schedule settings
View inside your schedule:
Hope this helps.

Many thanks for fast answer!
But as I understand that's for the door itself. I need to assign the parameters to everything in the door as locks, door closer, magnetic contacts and so on.
Best regards,
Fredrik

Hi!
Unfortunately, those elements are not individually selectable using basic Archicad library doors (i.e. you cannot isolate the handle from the door).
However, would it be cumbersome for you to add classifications for every door element? You can make Groups by the type of parameters (locks, closer, contacts) and have in each group the 5-6 parameters.
For example, where I wrote "test" in my screenshot above, you could have Locks. Another identical one for closure. And so on.
And you can recall them in schedule as you wish.
