Exporting to EXCEL this way works great, but I was a little unsure what a "comma delimited file" was. So for the benefit of the next person pulling their hair out trying to figure this out with zero time to wait...
To export a schedule to EXCEL:
(in v9, I assume v10 is similiar though I'm just getting into v10)
go to calculate/interactive sechedule/preview
get your schedule set up correctly
choice output to: text file
then click the create list button
Now open the .txt file in EXCEL and follow the prompts (you'll want to choose delimited, then tab as the delimiter).
BAM!! so so easy, if you know that you can do it!
