Measuring inaccuracy

Using archicad 26 on a Mac platform:
Beam measures 13.49' on the plan view, yet shows up as 13.06’ on the schedule. Why is this happening?

What is your schedule set to measure?

Maybe you are not physically measuring the exact same thing?

Is the beam slightly inclined?

Are the ends of the beams angled?

Is the schedule measuring the beam length or the beam segment length?

If you can show an image of the beam in plan, what you are measuring and the schedule settings, that may help us figure it out.
