Release MEP Modeler Licence

Anonymous

Hi all,

we are trying to work out how to release the MEP Modeler licence from one machine, so another machine can use it.

Anyone know how this is done?

Thanks,

Mike

Do you have individual Codemeter keys, or a network key?

Thanks Karl,

both of those articles discuss how to claim the licence, but neither explain how to release it.

At the moment all we can do is restart ArchiCAD to release the MEP licence.

Would really love an easier way to do this.

Re-read and see what you mean. Article would suggest that setting each copy of AC to NOT grab a license and then restarting the AC that has the license is the only way to release the license...which is what you're doing. Perhaps a job for someone in tech support. And/or maybe a moderator should move this thread to the BIM Managers forum?
