Reserved Layers In Teamwork

When working in Teamwork, why does ArchiCAD insist on showing all of the layers that other users have reserved for themselves in the layer selection area of the Info box? I don't want to see what I can't use. I thought that setting the "Hide Locked Layers..." option was supposed to get rid of these. Maybe there needs to be a "Hide Reserved Layers..." option. Has AC9 fixed this problem?
