Vertical vs horizontal section in Schedules

I had to add the vertical and horizontal section in my window schedule but they display  differently. 

 

Helpline was just explaining one comes from the plan the other one from 3d view. 

 

Anyone who resolved that?

I have a Graphic Override, specifically for the schedule views that uses the (I believe default) rule for 'All Fill Backgrounds - Transparent.

 

Here are the settings for it ...
