Window Schedule - Add Field: "HEIGHT OF WINDOW HEADER TO FLOOR:

Is there an automatic way to shower window header to floor ,  Is there a way to tie in (header to wall base) window property settings? (see snapshots below)

(do I have to write up IFC property to accomplish this? if so can you show me the formula?

I believe the setting you are after in your schedule is the field

"Top Elevation to Home Story"  This can be found under General Parameters, rather than being under the WINDOW options

There are a few "Top Elevation...." options that can be added to your schedule
