HELP!
I am having some problems with the zone calculate menu and associated list
formats.
When I load my project library, my office library, my add-on library I have the following zone calculate options: default, rooms/stories, room/zone categories
When I load the same but add the 8.1 (or the 8.03) library the default, rooms/stories, room/zone categories lists disappear and the following lists appear: zone list set; basic(AC_8_US); default(AC_8_US).
This is very perplexing. I haven't seen anything in the manual relative to reformatting the lists; what each value is how to control where its placed, different methods of calculations, any clues???
Also once I figure this out and am able to modify the list to my liking I want to be able to share it with my co-workers. Where is this file kept so I can copy it? Do you have to ask it to load something??
Thanks in advance.

There was such manual for version 7.0 AFAIR. I tried to use it a little "painfull" I would call it. I think 7.0 pdfs can be found somewhere on the internet.
But why use it if we have Interactive schedule now which is more powerfull and, correct me if I am wrong, can save list template as well if You are used to it.
BTW This way You can place your calculation on plan with IS...

If you are using "Calculate" rather than the "Interactive Schedule" you will want to save out a .LIS file that holds all of your office standard list schemes. This alleviates the problem of loosing your previous AC version list scheme settings.
Once you upgrade to 8.1 you will want to use the "Interactive Schedule" feature rather than "Calculate".

I use another way to store the "office standards" regarding interactive schedules - which I prefere over saving settings.
I just saved module files containing all standard schedules I use - and when needed I just drop a module to the plan - than I just update it /and/or make needed changes.... I wish we had an "update selected schedules" function....
Regards,
Piotr
