Polygon is degenerated may happen when you set parameters to an object which causes a body in the GDL model to become degenerated because e.g. two nodes of the body are at the same position or the hole in a polygon is outside the contour of the polygon etc.
The other one I don't know.
However, the code in the parantheses is the ID of the affected element. So you can use Find & Select in 2D or 3D to find the element with that ID and find the problematic parameter or redo the element if it is not a library part. There may be more than one elements with the same ID.
