AC17 - BIM Server Project Category missing

AC17 - When I create a Project Category while sharing a project for teamwork, the category shows up with the newly shared project when I open the BIM Server Manager and view the list of teamworked project files. If I want to change an existing teamwork project to this new category that was added during a sharing process the new category does not show up as a selection for choice in the BIM Server Manager list of categories to choose from. I believe this was not the case in previous versions.

What happens if you now try to create a Project Category with the same name in the BIM Server Manger?
Does it allow you to do it? Or does it say that it already exists?
If it says it already exists, does it then allow you to assign your project to that category?
