BIM SERVER INSTALLATION FOR AC20

We are trying to install the BIM Server to match with AC20 and appears that 3016 needs to be upgraded to 4017. After uninstalling 3016, we tried to install 4017 and here is the message. Any person can us guide through this?

I am pretty sure you don't need to uninstall 3016.
Just update it with the 4017 update.
So now you will need to re-install BIM Server and then update it.
