BIMCloud SaaS: Missing rights

Sam Karli

Hi,

I'm a new BIM manager at the company and I've given BIM manager rights, so in theory I can administer everything. As I see I have an access set of a BIM manager.

Yet I cannot, for example, create a project, don't see users etc., so my rights are quite limited. The other manager can do all these.

Here the docs says that "If a permission has been revoked, then it cannot be re-granted again at a lower level in a hierarchy.", so if I get it right, at some high level I might get a limited access set and at lower levels it cannot be overruled.

How can I set the "top level" accesses of mine? In theory I should access everything.

Here are some screencaps to envision what i see/access.

You can have all these rights on the wrong places. Check your access on the Project and User root with the other admin user (because as least on the Project page I could see that you can't see the Access tab). You might got access on a specific project level, or maybe it was granted on your user instead of the right directory of projects.

Hi @Sam Karli,

You miss the Access tab (Elérés in your case) from each of the examples (you have it only on your own profile, which is correct, as all users have access to modify their own profile there). You need help from another admin user to grant you access to projects and users. If none of you are familiar with the detailed permission scheme, I suggest you try to copy the settings of the other admin.

Kind regards,
Noémi

Thanks for Your quick reply,

as far as we understand I have all the rights set. This is what my fellow admin sees:

Note that yesterday I couldn't create a new project. Note that among the original post image the third one shows that, if I get it right, cannot create a new project (No "Create folder" button there).
