Some of our team members experience a failing connection to Bim SAAS multiple times a day. They appear offline in the teamwork project and when trying to reconnect the Server address is not recognized anymore. Only after a restart of their Mac they can (temporary) reconnect. We use the latest hot fixes, Mac M3 OS 15, cloud licenses,... The helpdesk of our reseller has not been able to resolve the issue yet. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

iCloud+ subscription service adds the option to relay /filter traffic through a private network.
By doing that the data speed drops dramatically and the connection to BimSAAS drops.
Simply turn of Private Relay in the iCloud+ settings and the problem is solved.
