Create wind sched when someone else is working on the walls?

I can't test this on my own...
If A is working with the walls, can B create a window schedule and are there any limitation as to what B can adjust in form of window attributes?

Just got a TW friend...😉

It's OK for B to create shedules and add annotantion text grahics and dimensioning. Other stuff is locked.
