Creating Bim Server

Anonymous
Not applicable
I'm having an issue creating a BIM server. I can enter it manually or browse for a server link. When I try to browse for a server link it is looking for a .twlink file and I don't know how to creat this file extension. I have gone through the ArchiCAD help and tried the search function here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the BIM Server Control Center there is a "Create Link" button. If you click it, data about the BIM Server will be created and saved into the twlink file.
On another computer, you can use the "Add more BIM Servers" option to add BIM Servers to the list of available servers. This is available in the "Server" list of the Share Project Dialog and the Open/Join Project Dialog.
When adding a new BIM Server you just open the twlink file and it reads the necessary info and sets it up so you will be able to share/join projects on that BIM Server.
