Custom Door Leafs from 20 disappear in 21 Teamwork

So we just ported over a project from 20 to 21. All 50 of our CUSTOM DOOR PANELS are no longer available in the CUSTOM LEAF MENU of any door.

Any fix? I'm looking at a 3d view with a ton of EMPTY OPENINGS..

I've tried even creating NEW LEAFS and they do not show up either...

Note: most of these are in the EMBEDDED LIBRARY... The project is TEAMWORKED......

I just created a new door leaf, and it worked just fine. This sounds like a Model View setting. But I'm sure you've looked at that.

If you open one of the door leaf objects from the embedded library, is the subtype set correctly?

No... not a display / model view option..

It's the LIST in the CUSTOM LEAF section of the door object contained over 50 door leaf options to choose from in 20... With AC 21, there are NONE...

The leafs are present in the EMBEDDED LIBRARY. And they do still have the CUSTOM LEAF subtype applied to them..

I recall this happening when moving a project from 19 to 20...

Odd thing is that when opening the .pln file in 21... they are all there... It's only after SHARING the file and logging in using teamwork that they disappear.

And it's not a Library Loading issue as they are all EMBEDDED.

Also note that I SAVED all embedded objects to FILE and loaded THAT library and still nothing shows in the dialog for door leafs.

Sounds like this belongs in the Teamwork / BIM Server forum then. (I won't move unless you say so, Duane.)

Have you called GSNA support yet?

I have emailed GSNA Support without any response yet...

Feel free to move over to TW issues...

We are currently porting the file back to 20 (which will have it's own issues, I'm sure)...

Any other things to try? We've never tried the MIGRATE feature of TEAMWORK... maybe that nets us something different?

BTW... Bozeman came up a couple time over the last month... Been thinking about you, Karl!

Moved to Teamwork forum and changed the thread title in the hope that some experienced TW user (which isn't me) has some ideas for you, Duane.

Maybe worth trying the Migrate steps you mentioned before deciding to drop back to 20?

I've not messed with TW in a few years, so am otherwise useless for any advice. 😞

Thought of you yesterday when one of the cats sleeping in the closet knocked the ACUWest polo shirts onto the floor. Seems like such a long time ago, but what a great time. Hope you're surviving the heat wave!

Yes, I did try the migrate function and it did solve the problem a few weeks ago.
