Downgrade to BIM Server - Error code:9

We are trying to downgrade to BIMserver from BIMcloud but we get an error message. Not sure how to resolve this.

"Operation time limit has expired (Error code:9)

Hi etomlins,

I suggested in another topic of yours to collect me BIMcloud SUpport Package, so I guess we can check this issue from the same logs too.

For anyone else finding this topic, I suggest to collect a BIMcloud Support Package ( and contact your local support representative.

I will post the resolution here once we figured it out.
