How to open a project for Teamwork in Bimcloud Basic

I think we have the basics but cannot find a way to open a project in BimCloud Basic
I was told we were to save the file in another format other than .pln but can find ABSOLUTLY NO INSTRUCTIONS
.pla does not work-

Can someone tell us how

You need to share your PLN file from the Teamwork menu. Make sure that the Share process also includes the option to upload the loaded libraries as well.
