At the very least you could save the file as a .PLN and then resave it as a new .PLP file.

On the computer on which the BIM Server is installed, you can go to the BIM Server Control Center and start the BIM Server Manager from there. Then you can manage the BIM Server from there, no password needed.
Then you can go the your User Settings and change the password.
The idea is that if you can log in to that computer than you are an authorized person to manage the BIM Server as well.

On the other hand, if you start a BIM Server Manager from another machine you will need the password to be able to administer the BIM Server.

Sorry, disregard my previous post.
I just saw this is on AC11, which was Teamwork 1.
What I wrote applies to TW2.

I had converted a few .plp's into .pln's today and in addition to what Jared mentioned earlier, sign in with "View Only" selected, any username will be fine (password not needed). Once the file is opened you can save as .pln and save again into .plp with new passwords and usernames if needed.
