HELP! Teamwork server Module 16 Status Unkown

Just installed the hotfix 3827 around the office and on the teamwork server.

Now I can not start the teamwork server.
It says "status unknown"

Going to the info panel shows the 16 module as 'status unknown' and all modules stopped.

I have restarted a number of times. Prior to the update it read 'running with errors. on selecting 'repair' it read 'waiting on repairs' and then back to 'running with errors'. Info indicated again the 16 module as 'Status Unkown' and other modules as running.

We run 64 bit PC's with windows 7.

It promises to be a very unproductive day at the office!!
Please help if you can.

Had a last minute reprieve!
Managed to get our external IT guys on the line and asked them if any apps or anti virus software had been loaded on the TW machine. They say -
No. Only the standard windows anti-virus protection... So I say."Disable it please."
And we're back!

Good enough wasn't enough for me so I decided to try and install module 17! Now when launching the BIM server control panel it comes up with a message saying that it can't configure one of the modules... so I can't start the BIM server.

Restarted - no change.
Now uninstalling 17.

Long day.
