Message center errors

Hi- I have a question about error messages received when people in our office are using the messaging feature in a teamwork file. The person sending a message receives the message "Error occurred while sending message' and the recipient receives the message "error occurred while setting message status". Nothing else seems to be affected in the file. We're all able to send and receive, etc. but wonder if anyone else has run into this problem. Thank you.

Hi to all- A tech support engineer from Graphisoft, Istvan Moharos, was kind enough to get in touch with me and resolve this issue. For others who may run into this problem, here's a possible fix. It worked for me:

1. Stop the V18 Server module in the BIM Server Manager Web User Interface.
2. Delete the Mailboxes.db file- Default location: Applications/Graphisoft/BIM Server/BIMcloud Server 18/Mailboxes/Mailboxes.db
3. Start the V18 Server module n the BIM Server Manager Web User Interface.

After this the BIM Server will automatically create a new database file, and all previously sent messages will be lost (only the messages).

Hi Sir,

Am getting error message while opening ArchiCAD 18 and AC 19. Yesterday worked with Survey plan for creating the Terrrain. I have attached the snapshot here.Please reply for this.
