TW Server Error: Connection cannot be established

Hi All,

I am wondering if any of you encountered a similar problem that we are facing with our teamwork server.

A week ago, we were able to share, connect and work directly on our local BIM server flawlessly. However, earlier this week, we are no longer able to connect to the server using Archicad. We can no longer share the files or atleast access the server from AC.

Surprisingly, i can still access the server being from the BIM Server Manager. I can still see the previous and the new project that we were trying to share.

I have tried sharing the project in different workstations including the server unit but to no avail.

Both servers and client have been updated to the recent hotfix.

I have attached a screen shot of the error and the server manager, hoping to explain the situation further.

Thanks and appreciate the helping hand.

Cheers...

Also check the ports with telnet. This is explained here:
