TW2 Internal Hotlink Error

I'm getting a persistant error when attempting to place a hotlinked module which has been created in a negative story of the same teamworked file.

"Error occured during the last Teamwork operation!

Get Hotlink/XRef caches failed!"

Hotlinks from external plns work as normal.

Help?

Anybody? ...Anybody? ...

...Well I've determined that it is file-specific and not to with our server set-up (phew!). I made a new, essentially empty TW2 file and successfully created a local hotlink.
Now to weed out the offending content. Will keep adding my finds to this thread incase anyone else has the same problem.

You should probably report this to your local reseller.
No one seems to have any experience with such an error message.

Yeah I will do that...
BUT in the mean time...
Deleting the (one) Autocad xref solves the problem.
Makes me think it may be related to project origin (again - had other issues on same file due to this issue).
