Hello everyone.
Since switching to AC28 we experience very slow send/receive times. (1-4minutes - before it was just a few sec.)
We do not have any issues with our network whatsoever.
We bought a new macMini running the Teamwork Server and nothing else.
The Newest version of BimCloud Basic is running.
Graphisoft support does help very little.
I would appreciate some ideas / input.
Thanks

Have you tried logging the host machines activity? The network ports assigned to your AC28 BimServer are open?

Meanwhile I know what the issue was. A library in the library manager was linked to an old bimserver url. Archicad searches für this every time you send/receive but gives no error back.
i hope this helps

Hi pr3,
We all have BIMcloud Basic, so we've got for every ArchiCAD version each a BIMcloud server with separately URL.
In this case no old BIMcloud server URL's.

You mean the BIMcloud URL ports etc. open for firewall, etc.? Or what and where in the mac system (or network settings) we must change something ?

Sorry, maybe my description was not good enough.
What caused the Problem was a Library in the Library manager of the Client that was linked to a BimBasic Server that was no longer available in the network.
We did a fresh install of the BimBasic Server which had a new Adress in the Network. Archicad was still looking for this old Server via the old address when looking for this library. For some reason it does it every time you send and receive and does not give back an error message.

This would be the ports on any router or firewall that you are routing through which you may or may not be doing.
Regarding logs, on Windows, you could use Process Monitor to collect profiling events. With that info you might be able to draw some correlations.

All library are ok in the BIMcloud, no old library....
For each BIMcloud, each separately IP address.
