If you are trying to access a single license across multiple machines then you can not do that.
A single license will only work in the machine it is plugged into - you will physically have to move it.
You can however access that machine remotely from another PC and that will work as you are running the original machine but from another PC.
To share licenses you need a network key with multiple licenses on it.
You then run the WIBU key network server software that will allow you to access the licenses from any other machine that is on the same network.
No matter which way you go you can only have one machine using one license at a time.
It is not possible to have two or more machines using a single license at the same time.
