Hi, Can anyone explain if we can collaborate on a same Archicad file from two PCs simultaneously, without BIMcloud?

Yes, BIMCloud basic does this for you. You can install it on one of your workstations (not recommended, but generally works fine) or on a separate computer that will act as your bim server (any basic computer will work.)
The address to the BIMCloud will simply be the IP address or name of the computer where BIMCloud is installed. You'll have to open a port in your firewall settings and direct it to the computer where BIMCloud is installed. (port forwarding)

Just to clarify, you need at least the 'BIMCloud basic' program which is free.
There are BIMCloud services that you have to pay for that have more features.
You can't work with more than one user at the same time if you don't use BIMCloud.
Barry.
