bimserver backuptool not working

Using: Bimserver 18 on Windows 8.1 pro (non-server)

When using the included backup tool from the commandline, it keeps showing me the usage summary, although both the command and the path are correct.

Anybody that can shed some light on this?

you should probably contact Graphisoft Tech Support. STAT.

So much of the under the hood stuff is undocumented and I've been encountering all sorts of anomalous behaviours - especially in mixed platform networks.

Also, you should add a signature line in your profile to better describe the equipment you're using, AC version, etc. Cheers! and keep posting!
