release objects

Started a plan for a house, my partner in another city and I worked on it then he was going to finish the project and saved it to his computer as a local file. There are a few objects that cannot be changed or moved because they want to be released, but all the teamwork functions are greyed out because it is a local plan on his machine now. Is there any way to release those?

When you save the TW file as pln, then all objects are released, they all become editable. And still you can not move some objects then make sure they are not locked, or not in locked layer.
Also make sure they are not part of the modules.
