The Align View command is the one you want. In AC10 it is now under Document>Creative Imaging.

Discussed at this thread here among others (try a search) and explained pretty well in the help files.

Good Luck. It can be a tricky thing to do especially if you want it to look right. The best way to do it from my experience is to know exactly where the picture was taken and how to translate the information from your camera into the computer. You can calculate the angle of the camera view cone fairly easily by setting it on a sheet of paper and marking the edges of the view and drawing lines.

Once you have all this information you can set up a camera in ArchiCad. This is important so you can go back to the exact location once it is set up. If all goes well you can set the sun angle to the proper day and time and your project will match the surrounding environment quite well.

Do you mean the Chimney? In the computer I built it with the wall tool, in reality it will be wood framing around a metal flue with thin bricks applied to the surface.

this is post render

but seriously, a realistic camera angle, and adjacent elements will make a big difference. Ask yourself what would I expect to see, or look at a photograph as a goal to copy.
