ArchiCad 28 - AI visualizer doesn't generate anything

ArchiCad 28 - AI visualizer doesn't generate anything it just generates the same thing i have in the window to start with ?

Operating system used: Windows 11 pro

If you have a subscription license this could be a technical issue, if so please contact your local reseller. But if you don't have a subscription license, then it will not work by default since it is only exclusive to users with a subscription license.

Hello and thank you - i have an educator 1 year license  - i don't know if that counts as a subscription?

I think it is supposed to work for students and i want to teach it to them

If that is the case, definitely contact a local representative from your region to help you out :), or maybe wait a little bit and see if someone from the forum gives you the needed solution. 🙂

Perhaps so others don't have to waste so much time or know different , although forums say its available to students (the AI visualizer) it looks like maybe only in 27 which I couldn't get to work.  In 28 it doesn't work either , and after much research and time it appears it is not available to students or educators a their licenses are not cloud licenses..  might just be a UK issue too , maybe its different in US etc.

For me, it's about a waste of time. The company should have focused on developing other fundamental features that could better help improve architectural practice for example.

If it was a license issue, you would get a warning that the license is not suitable.

It is definitely available to students.

Hello Barry - i spent a long time looking thorough posts .

I couldn't make it work in 27 after a considerable amount of try's and research. i then tried with 28 will also no avail. (but I'm no expert and i may still have missed something) 

Finally the below reply from Graphisoft indicates that it wont work in 28.
