Archicad 28 - Datasmith Exporter Bug Report/Crash

Hi,

I downloaded and installed Datasmith Exporter for Archicad 28. After working on my project file in Archicad, I close the file. It appears to close normally, but then a Bug Report window pops up.

Some people around me who work with Archicad 28 say that after installing the Datasmith exporter, Archicad crashes when they click on the new project button.

Is this a bug? What should we do?

I've got the same issue. 

After installing the Exporter for Arc 28, i tried opening a project and it crashes. Deleted the Exporter and I was able to open my project.

I've also tried using Arc 27, then using direct link with TwinMotion, but this time, TwinMotion crashed.

Not sure what's wrong
