Can't get pictures of TV.. HELP!!

Have been trying for about 2 hours to get my picture files to show on
the TV
I use them as art work as well as a screen shot capture of a TV show
for when it's actually used to represent a flat screen television
Have many in use on another job where they are working perfectly.
I have tryed copying and pasting the televisions from that job into this one
with no luck. Even tryed to close the job and reopen it as that always worked
before- NO luck even tryed rebooting the computer with no luck
tryed grabing a new television from the library and re intering the picture
name (51173-smc-signs-jungle-book-licensing-deals.jpg) this one totaly works on my other job. I even tryed copying the whole art work folder and making sure it was in the new job folder
I have to present this to the client very soon and need to add all the bells and whistles. What the heck is wrong?

Above is from the job where each television has a either art work or a
representative television picture - no problem at all, I think there are 8 of them.

The one below has several televisions that I cannot put a custom picture into

In case someone else searches the forum for this issue, can you post the solution for this situation? Thanks.

As far as I can remember I had the right idea of consolidating all of the
jpg images into one file - which of course I had already done. except the images that I had used on the first job that worked were in that jobs
folder (titled art work)
Once I had tried to just copy and paste a television with the picture settings
already on it and it didn't work, I started to se if I could load the image folder
into the current library of the job where I couldn't get anything to work.
There is a button that says chose and it was greyed out and not available.
It gets fuzzy from here because nothing I seemed to try would activate that button or at least I didn't think so...until finaly I realized it was available
from the begining, but I was doing something that caused it to grey out.
So, the answer is to add to current library paying attention to the chose button
and selecting it before you do something that seems like what you should do but is not:-)

Try this....am not sure if it will work but I seem to recall doing something like this some time ago. I generated a 3D pic of the project, the put it on the TV and put the TV on the wall. The client eventually noticed it....

Put the JPG into the embedded folder in the library manager.
Type the name of the file (include file extension?) into the custom pic box on the TV.

Ta daaaaaah!
