"Limit Reflections to Floor/Sky" -- Well theres your problem. 😉
And you can try to lower the Ray Threshold if you want to tweak the result.

Hey Reid, did you actually pressed the render button?
The preview won't show reflections (so it can be fast).
Do you use the physical renderer or not?
Also make sure you have reflections enabled in the general CineRender options.
And you might want to up the Reflection Depth as well.

Hello Runxel, thanks for the reply. I checked those items and I have been rendering it instead of the preview.
I was not using the physical renderer (should I be?).
I've attached screenshots of my settings, I think the reflections are enabled and I have increased the Reflection Depth
