Element in 3D Render

What is the best way to recreate the below surface onto an exterior wall using ArchiCAD 24? I need to create a render of my building with the stone veneer in that pattern/orientation. I tried using a wall with the surface of the veneer, and using the morph tool to follow around each individual block but that seemed too tedious.

If it needs to be so accurate, photo match it? Less accurate, you could draft the material division in 2D then apply the relevant textures to each area in an image editor to create a location specific texture?
